Villa Archangelos is a luxury house located at the best location of classy Aegina island, near Athens. The Villa can host up to 18 people.
The Villa Archangelos is an extraordinary property built just 12 years ago with a “monasterial” architectural design. It consists of 3 levels with total internal spaces of 500square meters, plus supplementary spaces, infinity type swimming pool and the private Chapel of Archangel Michail. All these in a private Estate of 5,500 square meters. The Villa is offered for hosting throughout the year, It comprises of 3 suites (Medieval, Green and Aegean) each one with ensuite bathroom a fourth child bedroom and the ground level comprising of 4 bedrooms.
Altogether the Villa has 7+2 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 WC, 2 full kitchens, 3 living rooms, TV room, 2 dining areas, 2 fireplaces and a spacious playroom ! It also has extended outdoor spaces including a large 85 square meters infinity type pool, large outdoor seating areas, barbeque, built traditional oven and private parking!

Key characteristics
Very easy access to the island of Aegina the Archangelos Villa combines residing in both Athens and Aegean island.
Access is possible with several boats every day, taxi boat day and night and helicopter.
Access from the Athens airport takes 30 minutes car to the port and 30 minutes taxi boat, or 45 minutes boat.
Located at the best area of the island in the south side at the picturesque village of Sfentouri.
The Villa has 2 independent sources for water: private water pump to cover garden and pool use and public water supply. For each source there is a 10 tons tank for reserve.
The Villa has fully autonomy in heating for the winter with units in all its rooms and spaces, powered by oil.
Hot water is provided with a dual system: for the winter the use of the house heating also heats the water at no cost while a large tank of 300 litters powered by solar power for use throughout the year.

Aegina island, apart from its beaches, the green-blue sea, the romantic walks, the tranquility and the night life, it offers to the vacationers intense and not only activities, combining sea and mountain. You will have a memorable time here with your friends or family.
First of all you can walk the route next to the sea grom the port until at least the location of the Lighthouse, 1,5 klm, especially during the sunset.
From the port of Aegina starts a boat which makes the circumnavigation of the island, giving you the opportunity to admire its unique coastal beaches and its coves as well as swim to the most beautiful locations of the island.

Aegina offers mountain hiking amongst pine trees. This gives you the opportunity to meet the various flora and fauna of the island.
In Aegina you can have a night stroll with the traditional horse carriages, starting from the port of the island and getting back to it.
In Aegina the rocky seabed in many parts of the island is ideal for great snorkeling or fishing with rod or fishing line from a boat or the rocks.
